There was an issue with the first sherpa it stopped working the customer service bent over backwards and ordered a replacement for me and then expressed it can't ask for more. The sherpa is warm 3 heat settings and its minus 1 today and I'm snug and cosy with it on the middle settings and no heating it also doesn't drain the battery bank to fast but you will need to have at least two that way you are covered highly recommended I will be getting another when I'm paid worth every penny

I'm always cold, management (significant other/wife) is always cold, I thought I'd try one of these, very impressed!! Heaters work, although I've not used them whilst wearing it, but just on it's own it's warm or even a little too warm at times, best purchase I've made (apart from when I got married, obviously, yes dear!!)

Bought 2 of these for my teenagers as they don't like the heating on in their rooms.
Apparently a game changer, they are great length, they feel snuggled up with or without the heat mode on,if you have a bad back they work wonders instead of a hot water bottle....as the long version sits right on the lower back heats up perfectly, I have the short version and the heat part is higher up, if anyone feels the cold, or has chronic pain, or just wants to prepare for the temperature to plummet, then you totally NEED to treat yourself! Ideal xmas gift!
The only negative I've found so far is that you need to order the battery pack elsewhere, but I got a double pack in a well known online next day delivery app....beginning with A.... 2×£15!
So just order the same time so your not disappointed when this arrives lol plug it in and get ready to be as warm as toast!
Everyone needs one!

Bought as a present for a friend. The item looks ok and the quality seems good. It is probably very warm without the heating elements on. It took a lot of fiddling to get the heating switched on but it does work. I suspect that it is produced in the same Chinese factory that produces the same item sold at double or triple the price. A decent item at a fair price.
