What is your returns policy?
Items must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
All items sent back to us must be within the 14-day policy. Please note that if your order/item(s) are returned because you no longer require them, we will process the refund less £3.50 for the return postage cost incurred.

The Returns Portal process for returns is as follows:
1. Repack your Products
2. Go to our return’s portal HERE . You will need your order number and email address.
3. Once you have processed your return in the portal, you will receive an email with the returns label and you're ready to post it off
4. Keep an eye on your tracking and once the item is delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a refund within 2 working days
Please note for items that will require a collection, please use the above process and select your preferred collection date within the Returns Portal. The customer service team will then book this date if available. Alternatively, the closest date will be selected if they are unable to request a collection on the specific date you advised. You will receive an email with the collection date confirmation.

My product is faulty, how can I return it?

Can I exchange my product?
We do not currently offer an exchange facility. If you return the unwanted item, we will refund you. You can then re-order the product you need.
Do you refund the delivery cost?
If your order/item(s) are returned because you no longer require them, we will process the refund less £3.50 for the returns postage cost incurred, and less the original delivery cost you paid.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once a refund has been processed, this will be confirmed in email by our team. Refunds normally show back in your balance in 3-5 working days.
