DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

We will email you to notify that your order has been dispatched. You should also receive an email from the courier with tracking information.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use a range of couriers depending on the items you order and where you are located for delivery. We use Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD & DHL.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I CHOOSE NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered in 2 working days. Please note our Express delivery does not include weekends. If you place your order after 12pm on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

MY RUG HASN'T ARRIVED WITH MY ORDER?

Rugs are sent separately to the rest of your order and therefore may be delivered at a different time. This is due to the size of the rug. Rugs cannot be sent with Express delivery.

ITEM RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately we are only able to offer Mainland UK delivery on some larger items and items that are dispatched from one of our selected suppliers. If a specific product has restrictions, it will be displayed on the specific product page. If you try to checkout with these items, you will receive an error and must remove these products from your cart before continuing. This includes but is not limited to; Furniture including Beds, Wardrobes, Drawers, Garden Furniture, Air Fryers, Christmas Trees & Fans.
