How do I receive my refund?
We will provide a refund once we receive the electric blanket. We'll provide the refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
How do I return the electric blanket?
You can post your product back to us by following the process listed below. Returning your item is free. Use this link to create a returns label. You will need to provide your contact and order details. Once you’ve registered your return using the above link, you will receive an email including two free labelling options. A QR code and PDF label: A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like as long as it’s secure and can be sealed.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.
We expect to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item. We will email you once your refund has been processed. If you have any problems at all with returning your product, please contact us at by email or phone at [email protected] or 0161 794 9213.
I’ve not experienced any issues with my electric blanket. Can I keep using it?
No, please stop using the product. While your electric blanket may appear safe, a fire safety hazard could occur at any time so please do not take any chances. We strongly recommend that you return the item to us by following the process above.
I have given this product to another person, what should I do?
Please contact them and tell them to stop using the product immediately. Please share this notice with them and ask them to contact us at recal[email protected] so that we can send them a pre-paid label.
Can you send me a replacement electric blanket?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement electric blanket at this time.
I have more than one electric blanket, what should I do?
Please place all of the products into a single parcel and follow the return instructions as listed above. You will receive a refund for each one that you return. If it is not physically possible to fit all of the blankets into a single package, please get in touch and we’ll arrange for an additional pre-paid label to be provided.
How do I get a refund if I didn’t buy my electric blanket from Online Home Shop?
If you bought your blanket from a third party retailer or seller, please contact them direct to arrange a return and refund. We can only deal direct with customers who purchased from onlinehomeshop.com.
How do I return my electric blanket from outside the UK?
If you are returning your electric blankets from outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, please use the below address to return your item.

Whilst we’re not able to offer a free return from outside of the UK, we will reimburse you fully for any costs associated with the return. Please retain your receipt and contact us at [email protected]. We will then arrange for this amount to be refunded. Your electric blanket will be refunded via the same method you used to pay.
