On Saturday, 8th November, OHS had the pleasure of attending the Housewise Winter Social in central Manchester, showcasing our best-loved products and seasonal favourites. The networking event allowed us to connect with over 100 home and lifestyle influencers – we loved catching up with creators we regularly collaborate with, as well as meeting new faces! We were also particularly excited for our Ribbed Accent Chair to be awarded as one of the charity prizes at the event, with profits going to The Lullaby Trust. Attendees had the opportunity to discover a curated range of our trending Christmas essentials and on-trend home accessories: Displayed as part of a cosy bedroom set-up, our cuddle cushions such as the Bowed Croissant, and our Christmas novelty cushions such as our adorable Gingerbread House were particularly popular. Different designs of our fleeces and drying robes could be tried on as well, and some of them were added to creators’ online baskets straight away! It was amazing to see so many of them capture content of their favourite items at the event and spread festive cheer across social platforms!
The day truly brought us into the festive spirit, and now that December is getting closer, our OHS Christmas Collection is ideal for bringing the holiday spirit into any home. Highlights are our gingerbread range, our gonk range and our wide range of festive bow homewear. Putting these ranges straight into the hands of our creators allowed our team to witness how they bring true excitement and festive magic to the Christmas season.
We were also excited to discuss our newly launched OHS Influencer Community further with the creators we connected with: The programme allows members to share all of their favourite OHS products on their personal storefronts and earn commissions of every sale made, as well as take part in fun challenges and earn extra rewards.
Having attended a Housewise Social for the third time, there’s no doubt that these are among our favourite events and we're already looking forward to the next one!
