What email addresses may i use?
We have tested the software on gmail, googlemail, hotmail, with no problems.
please don't use aol we strongly suggest that for all business activities you sign up for a gmail account and you wont have any problems receiving our emails
Does it cost anything to register?
No, there is no charge for you to register,and there are credits added to your account
immediately after your registration, this is used to go towards your first few items posted.
How many items can i post?
You may post as many items as you wish, but there is a fee for each item posted.
What if i can't find a category for my product?
This will be very unlightly but if you don't see a caegory to post your item
please inform me of it and i will make one for you.
What is the max time limit on postings?
At the present moment it is 1 month
Can i Bid on other members products?
Yes, you are allowed to Bid on other members products
Can i contact a member with a Question?
Yes, No problem at all.
Can i set up my own store?
Yes, you most certainly can, when you register for your main account
you are automatically given the opportunity to set up the store the way you would like it,
you may post unlimited items as a free store owner, but you will be charged a submission fee
on every item you post.
There is the opportunity to have a subsription based store, depending the package you select
there is a subsciption fee payable every month.
By paying a subscription to us every month, this waivers the cost for your item submissions
but you will be limited to the amount of items you can submit dependant on which package is
selected, by clicking on the link labelled Site Fees at the top of the main page will show you
the package structure.
Purchases Made:
All purchases made regarding downloadable products, i.e Ebooks, Software, after payment confirmation, a
link will be available in your back office to download your product.
Any member that makes a purchase with an e-cheque is advised to wait until the e-cheque has cleared
why are my closed listing disappearing?
The reason why closed listing are disappearing that is because if closed listing are not re-listed within 2 days there are removed from the database.
Why are my listing being suspended?
The reason why listings are being suspended this is because you haven't paid the listing fees before the listing goes live.
